I have changed my broadband provider and kept my landline. My BT Advanced phone handsets quad keeps coming up with messages as below.
1. Outgoing call not possible. Call blocking is dealing with an incoming call.
2. There is a black rectangle box with handset icon x Full on the screen all the time.
3. Gathering calls information Not currently available.
4. Cannot open contacts.
phone is not working at all.
I have a caller announcement on the phone also.

if you have changed your broadband provider that they are also providing your ability to make calls from your home phone. you need to contact your new ISP
were you previous on digital voice with BT?
I got someone different to speak to with my new ISP and hopefully it will all be sorted within 48 hours. Thank you
