Local area landline numbers now showing as international

Anyone know why landline numbers in my area are suddenly showing as International0123456789 in the caller display?

This appears to have started this morning, Friday 19 August 2022.  We have spoken to two other people who have had other incoming calls showing this, so we know it's not our phone or theirs that's the problem, it must be a network thing.

Who should we contact about this?

Would appreciate any help.

Re: Local area landline numbers now showing as international

Hi, and thanks for the message. There's certainly been no move to Digital Voice at this end, and not as far as I know for the others we have spoken to.  They are both in the same STD area as each other, which is not the same as ours, and it is they whose caller displays have been showing incoming calls as International0123456789, not us, so maybe the problem is confined to their STD area. If that's the case then presumably it's nothing to do with our own landline, anyway.
