BT broadband was moved over to new apartment with 01914 (new number).
Paradoxically 01914 is geographically more valid for installation area, then original one 🙂 it represent Tyneside
Within 24h Paul from BT arranged to port my original 01917 (old number) to my new apartment.
That said, problem was sorted. Means, I have back my old number, which is technically speaking geographically at Sunderland :)), even, in fact, area code is only 0191…
