I’m currently in the process of moving into a new address. Only issue is when I try and purchase any broadband package the address is not showing. I explained this to the person that previously live in the address and they said that they used a different house number.
for example- house I’m moving into is number 229. But the address they used for broadband is 228.
ive checked openreach website and the address checker is showing it’s a Silver Address type meaning it needs to be registered either with Royal Mail or Openreach. (to my knowledge)
does the correct address shown on royal mail database. need to get that correct before progressing with openreach/ISP
