Can anyone advise on how to get support with a never ending Digital Voice upgrade?
I was told I was being upgraded (not my choice but fine) and they cut off normal phone on 7th October. Digital did not start working, so checked the order and it said 15th October. That has come and gone, yesterday ticket was changed to 22nd October and then to 29th october. This means 22 days with no home phone which my 90 year old parents use to contact me (they don't get mobiles).
How can I get this sorted as I have no confidence it will be sorted on 29th.
