I am working on a development where a property is being changed from 1 unit into 5

The existing house has a dedicated line and the previous business had I believe a telephone line (may be two lines), a fax line and broadband.

The proposal involves conversion of the existing building into 5 No. units and 3 No. plots.

Please can you confirm what we need to do to start the process for having these installed?
