Hi CJT80, I’m having the same problem & bt saying they don’t know why this is happening. It’s been going on since November. Could you please let me know how this was resolved.

Did you move from another provider over to BT? Does the problem occur on all incoming calls? Are you able to make outgoing calls okay?

Hi Paddy, no been with bt for years with no problems. Problems only started when they switched me over to digital. This problem was first reported in November, despite numerous calls and bt closing the fault down without solving it at all. All I get get is we’ve never come across this problem before.
