3 times supposed to have been fixed. Now another 5 days.

@serviceplease1 Thanks for posting and welcome to the BT.com community forums, I'm really sorry to see its taking a long time fix the line. I can't make any promises that we can get this fixed sooner as some faults do take time depending on the work required but we'll be happy to see if anything can be done.
