Caller Display stopped working

I switched from sky to talktalk and now my caller display has stopped working on my B.T. landline

There is no such thing as a BT Landline any more, the lines are owned by Openreach.

You need to contact TalkTalk and find out why caller display is not enabled on your line, as they have their own exchange equipment

This would have nothing to do with BT Retail, who run this forum.
