I’m totally disgusted with BT’s customer service I’ve had no phone line landline for this is the third day now
have you phoned 151 and reported phone fault?
Yes reported by phone, email and now via the form. They know about it, just don't seem that motivated to fix it.
On our fourth engineer visit for the second occurance and being given dates way in the future for repair..... No urgency with these guys
Be overworked with Lightning strike faults at least in our area, although have not bothered to respond to fault report since Monday when it was raised, at least 10 houses along our road have had the Master sockets and or phones blown off the wall. We had an engineer visit one neighbour yesterday fixed theirs, left everybody else's and left.
Should have sent at least two vans and done the whole road in a oner.
