Re: I can make calls but cannot receive calls on my landline
I have the same issues. It’s an old line. I can make but not receive calls. The problem has been present for about 2 weeks. The help line suggested the problem was mine but offered to send an engineer, potentially at my cost. Did you get your problem sorted?
