New BT landline wont ring on calls from 3 or id mobile accounts

Hi @JohnC2. I've the same issue. Switched from TalkTalk to BT and landline now gets calls from outside/others but not from 3 mobile accounts. Grateful if you could help me get this sorted.

Sounds like the number not fully ported across to BT from talk talk. I will get a mod to jump on this post.
