I currently have line rental with BT and calls with Sky (CPS)

I want line rental with BT and calls with BT

I've already ordered the BT call package

I just wanted to know if I need to contact Sky to cancel my callas or do BT do it as part of the order

Gotcha, by rights Sky should automatically cancel the calling plan, how can they possibly charge you for something impossible to use ? when BT initiated the switch, Sky should send confirmation and outlining the services being ceased, possibly best leaving for now in case any Sky changes interupt the move, worst case scenrio is you pay for an extra month for the calling plan addon
