Hi can anyone tell me how to get BT to remove a telecare marker from my phone account? as I have been trying to get them to do it since last year as I want to transfer to ee for cheaper deals etc, which bt have confirmed are available.
Bt are keep telling me that they camt remove the marker even though other people seem to mamage ???

Have you spoken with our Customer Care team recently? If you give us a call, our guides should be able to check the status and remove the telecare markers from your account.

I have spoken with someone today and on multiple times since Sept 2024 and have been told that between Ee, BT and another party they are trying to come up with a solution to remove the telecare mafkers from peoples accounts shere possible? dont know how it isnt just a simple task to remove the marker ??
