Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get a new telephone pole installed an engineer came out at the end of February and told us that the poles we have now done meet guidelines as they are too far apart and go over buildings, he then put in the planning application that got approved then COVID happened which delayed everything. However we now still have no idea as to when the poles will be installed we regularly contact BT who say there will be an update usually the week after. We think it is with the contractor but we still have no clue how long it is going to take and we just want a timeframe but no one will give us one is there anyway to find this out?
