In my new 'All Fibre' Retirement Home I have a VOIP phone set-up (master + slave BT Advanced Digital Home Phones) for my BT landline number, but I also have a BT 'Duet' Corded Phone plugged into a standard wall telephone socket as an internal phone to direct call any other resident in the Retirement Village. This standard wall socket is in an awkward location - in the dining room. Could I install a Cordless twin phone system on this internal line? Would the twin Cordless phones interfere with the twin VOIP phones, and vice versa? If so, is there any other way around this?

Yes it would be possible to install the cordless phone. There should be no reason at all to interfere with the voip phone
