Virgin to BT number not receiving landline calls

Help! Third time tying to post on here.  Virgin and BT on the phone haven't been able help.  Engineer on call out hasn't helped as can't find fault.  Forum pages ere suggest my number hasn't ported properly from virgin.  Can someone look into this for me??

Seems to posted this time! Should add my landline is not receiving virgin landline calls only.

do you have a dial tone?  if so dial 17070 and see if your number is read out

Yes everything else works as normal.  Can receive calls from other numbers plus mobiles etc.  Just not from virgin media landlines

Sorry that you're having problems receiving calls from Virgin landlines.  This sounds like a number port issue and we can help get this checked out.

I tried calling you back this afternoon but wasn't able to reach you.  Sorry for the problems you're having receiving the calls from Virgin numbers.
