Vunerable elderly father with no landline working.

My Father has major health concerns and has no landline number for the last 4 days. How do we escalate his report and get an engineer to visit?

have you reported the fault to BT?

is your father registered here  https://www.bt.com/help/here-for-you

Ask the name and location of the person you spoke to.

Also ask for a response in writing 

Under the equality act 2010

They have to respond in writing if you request it.

Indeed ask for large print 

Tell them hes vulnerable too
