What happened to Alexa?

Has BT fallen out with Alexa?

There is no mention of Alexa on the Advanced Digital Home Phone I received as part of the move to Digital Voice (not that the lack of it bothers me). 

I wasn't offered the option of 2 Essential handsets either, so perhaps the FAQ needs to be updated?

Also, if I got an additional handset which did have Alexa, would that play nicely with the non-Alexa Advanced handset, as I have seen mentioned that you should not mix the type of handsets you link to your hub?

as the advanced phone is free you may or may not get one with alexa built in depending on stock. adding another advance phone with or without alexa will work fine with your existing advanced DV phone
