Is there now a charge for using 1471 to see who has phoned, as I have been charged for a call return and never ever use that service, only use 1471 to see the last person who has called whilst I have been out? yet I have been charged for a call return? thanks Jules

Hi @polish, I've had a look at Call Return and there is no fee for just 1471.
It's only charged when the '3' is pressed for a call return. Check the time and date as it may have been another user who used the facility.
Cheers
John

Re: call return
@polish I can't answer your question directly but if you log into "My BT" then "Your security" then "call protect" and manage there will be a list of your latest calls. I have set up a shortcut to this from my browser.
At least you will not be charged that way and you can also block individual calls there if you wish.
