For several years I had a Motorola G9 phone which would allow the Premium phone to access contacts and impot them. This suddenly stopped working during an import run with the phone locking up. After a reboot of the handset Istarted the import process again which went through as usual except it reported that no contacts were imported, and so it remained.
I recently purchased a Google 7a mobile and hoped the problem had gone away, but no. It is still the same with the new mobile.
Any ideas as to how to solve this would be welcome.
