fraud attempt call

We had a fake call advising 'suspicious activity on your broadband ip address' etc at 10 am 9 february from 01828650487 reported this to BT

Hi @keying welcome to the forum and unfortunately this type of call is too common. Did you report it by completing the Scam Call Form?

Yes with the number, strange never had this type of call on Virgin I recently moved from virgin to BT
