Re: how do I report a fault for someone else

@circuitbender

Report it as a phone fault using the phone fault repair number 0800 800 151. Do not mention the broadband fault, as that will result in it going into the wrong queue, and will delay the repair.

Just report it as no dial done, unable to make or receive calls.

Re: how do I report a fault for someone else

Thanks Keith. Thing is, I only have her LL number , home address, and date of birth, Is this sufficient info for the fault people to deal with me. ?
I havent tried the number to ring from my LL yet to see if theres an option to input her number , as the faulty number
thanks

Re: how do I report a fault for someone else

You would normally be prompted to enter the number that is faulty. Its possible for a third party to report a fault on a line, so you may not be asked for too much detail.  Its possible they will run a line test while you are on the phone, but its a long time since had to report a phone fault.

If she is vulnerable, then mention it.
