27% packet loss on my Xbox with a BT smart hub 5

Hi,

I have a lot of packet loss on my Xbox One, preventing me to play online in acceptable conditions.

The Xbox is directly connected to the BT smart hub 5 with a cable. I try to change the cable, swap ports on the router, I disabled Udnp, try the DMZ, try to forward ports, restore both of them to factory settings, nothing work.

Btw, it's also frustrating to not be able to use IPv6.

I'm thinking about switching ISP if I can't get help to fix that.

Where's the packet loss occuring, in BT's network or elsewhere? Run a tracert to the gameserver and post a screenshot.

I don't know where I can find their game server's IP but a tracert show systematic issues in the first hops  :
