4th disc stays red though app says should be good

Hi. I’m just setting up my 4 discs. App says all are in good position (none great) but the one in my kitchen wont go blue wherever I put it - it’s about 10 steps away from disc 3 which is blue. My kitchen is a converted garage and always had poor wife do this was the reason I bought discs. Tbh WiFi seems ok without disc but ......!!

Please can you confirm that its the BT Whole Home Wifi (White Discs) that you have?

Yes it is. I bought a quad pack

I did a firmware update and it’s blue!!! Thanks
