Nothing will connect not work with this for the past 7 hours. But to BT everything is fine cause the “blue” light is on so I’m apparently Up and running. You know what you can **bleep** off £40 a month for this **bleep**.

Do Ethernet connected devices work?
Try a factory reset of the home hub.
Then turn off smart setup.
Done all of this still not working. It’s extremely slow when it is on but 90% of the time it just doesn’t work at all. I have An Ethernet plugged into my PS4 and it works somewhat better than wireless devices but still hasn’t been working for past 8 hours
Perhaps there is a problem with your line?
Is there any noise on your phone calls? Dial 17070 and select option 2, there should be no noise between the announcements.
