Activation date past still no landline or Internet

Its now past our activation day and have now been 13hrs with no landline or Internet! Email said would be set up by 11:30pm and still no joy! Anyone any ideas how to fix it? Have I done something wrong setting it up? I've checked all the wires and all are in securely but still no landline dial tone on the phone!
