Adding a Mesh system

I've got some patchy (though not terrible) reception and am thinking of a Mesh System. Looks as if I can switch from Halo 1 to Halo 3+ for about £7 extra per month and get some discs that way or buy some. Any advice on which is the better route and whether it does significantly improve reception in areas with not great reception.

Whatever route is taken is installation relatively simple? I'm up to plugging a few things is and configuring them. 😀

I use a Deco M5  three disc system, which has transformed my wi-fi, through a largish stone built house and the full length of gardens.  Set up in 30 minutes with an app on a phone and that's it.

I miss tinkering and hoping.
