Address Registration - HELP!

Go to solution
Hello All
I am trying to get a home move request sorted with EE which as I understand basically borrows all its services from BT hence I'm posting on this forum.

Anyway to give you full picture I work (and practically live) on an RAF base and I had perfectly good internet with EE I have recently moved rooms to a better block and whilst trying to move my package with me I was told it can't be set up because my new address was not in the database and I was told that it would be need to be registered with royal mail so BT could get it on their system and then so could EE. I then proceeded to contact royal mail who can only add my property as an alias for the base and not its own address because they're more concenered with post than internet (which is fair enough) so it leaves me in a difficult situation because neither EE or BT can do a line check on the room to see what services I can receive and I'm stuck here with no internet. Please advise!

You will need to go through EE who are your provider. This is a BT retail forum and has nothing to do with EE so nobody on here will be able to help you.

If you are not on the Openreach database you can contact them with this form. If you get an automated reply just keep sending it and you will eventually get a human response.
