Another broken BT promise

BT guy said I'd be first on his shift list with a call to confirm my account had been "merged" succesfully - something to do with part of it being on an old system (even though Phone and BB have been happily coexisting on one account reference for years).

 

12:30 booked for today. Not a squeak.

 

BT, your incompetence is astonishing.
