In the past few weeks I have noticed a dropping of connection from our BT Wi Fi, but we now can't connect up at all.
We have tried all the recommended actions, unplug router, reset etc but can't resolve the issue. I use my Kindle HD for web searching and on that it picks up our Home Hub account and then says 'authntication failed' but the Kindle then routes to the available (but not required at cost) Bi Wi fi FON where it shows the orange connection symbol, so I can connect if I so wish. For the Home Hub network the Kindle shows the white internet strength symbol with the white cross that means the connection is there but you can't connect to it !
Any ideas how I can get the network back ? I'm technically hopeless so please keep it simple !
