Apple TV and BT Smart Hub

Hi, 

Yesterday my 2nd Generation Apple TV started resetting the BT Smart Hub whenever I try and watch Netflix on it. I can use Netflix on any other of my devices (iPhone, iPad, PS4 and Laptop), all in the main room of my house and the Wifi is fine. However, whenever I go to the room next door (one wall away, new build house so flimsy wall) sometimes within minutes of streaming on the Apple TV, the hub turns orange and resets. 

I've tried the splitting the channels so that now the Apple TV sits on the 2.4Ghz channel but the problem persists. 

I know this sounds like an Apple problem but wondering if anyone else has this problem or have any ideas? As I say I've never noticed any issues until Saturday.

Try the usual fixes for the home hub, in this order.

factory reset the home hub.

Then turn Smart Setup off.

Then separate and rename the SSIDs again.
