Apple devices not connecting

Suddenly all our Apple devices do not connect to our Wi-fi. It keeps saying wrong password but other household devices are connecting fine.
I have restarted all devices including the router, and reset my network settings on my phone but all this has done is stopped me connecting to my Wi-fi as a “hotspot”

Any ideas?

Re: Apple devices not connecting

The odd thing is my very old iPad that hasn’t accepted an iOS update in years is also affected? My husband is going to look into what you have posted for our phones.

@JoB12

A factory reset of the BT Home hub, normally fixes most problems. Its not unusual for the home hubs to "forget" devices. MAC address randomisation makes this more likely, as each new MAC address needs to be allocated a new LAN IP address, and eventually there are no more addresses left.

Remember to turn off Smart Setup after carrying out the factory reset.
