Are you ready for the festive season?

Broadband connections

For some of us, ‘tis the season to put up our Christmas tree, hang tinsel off picture frames, light cinnamon-scented candles, and wrap some presents.


As a recent thread on our forum has highlighted however, turning on the Christmas lights may do more than create festive cheer.


Xmas lights.png Fairy lights can be a source of interference for your broadband connection, so where possible check that any electrical devices that can cause interference are as far away as possible from the Hub and its wiring.


You can reduce this interference by not leaving your Hub on the floor - try a desk or table. Make sure that all wires are firmly connected and secure. If you need more help with your connection, click on the image below and follow our step by step guide to get instant help:
