Authentication error Some devices no longer connecting
I have had a hub 6 for several years. Over the last 2 weeks several devices keep not being able to connect to the hub. My daughters Samsung phone keeps saying Authentication error and my husbands kindle fire tablet says authenticating but then does not connect. These devices are not new and have connected to the hub without any problems before. I don’t think it’s a device issue as it’s affecting 2 devices. I have factory reset the hub using the pin hole and this has done nothing. Sometimes rebooting the hub allows connection for a short while but then it drops. Any help please.
I would also forget the networks on the 2 devices and start again
the forum mods are prioritising vulnerable and elderly customer at present
