BT DIsk delivery delay

Hi All,

 

First post on this board. I spoke to BT early last week about a deadspot in the house since upgrading to HALO 3 - after trying troubleshooter which doesn't seem to enable requesting a 2nd disk in these instances. Speaking to BT, they said no problem and ordered another disk - it's now over a week ago and the status is still showing "pending" , "awaiting dispatch". On the same status page, it states expected delivery 27th January. Anyone else having delivery delays and any suggestion where I go from here?

Hi @maxiheed, welcome to the forum, and thanks for posting. 

I'm sorry that you're still waiting to receive the 2nd disc. It sounds like the order hasn't been submitted rather than an issue with stock. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to get the 2nd disc sent to you.
