BT Discs losing connectio

Hi

I have two BT wifi extender disc. They’ve been working fine for 12 months. Then in the last couple of weeks they’ve lost connection twice and just flash red. Tried a factory reset, plugging in the Ethernet to establish a connection again and then placing back where they live but they lose connection again.

Any idea on what’s happening, has there been a firmware update or are BT just doing this to me for the giggles.

If the reset has not helped you stay connected, please get in touch with our technical support guides they can get the WiFi extenders looked into to see what could be causing this for you.
