Problem with embeded internet links in my email account(s) opening the Home Hub Manager ??

I have logged problem with BT but drawn a blank apart from my latest call for help has raised a "Call Back" from BT's Yahoo Team ?????????

I have reset the Home Hub and no different.

I can open my Google Desktop links to my Bank and other similar internet sites i.e. Ebay etc but any links in an email gor straight to the Hub Manager ???

Which hub version?

have done a factory reset using the recessed button on back and holding 20/30 seconds until lights flash
