BT HUB 4 logs

Hi

 

I am trying to resolve why my network keeps losing connections briefly with the hub - when the blue lights don't seem to be going off.

 

i went to the log and found this:

IN: ACCEPT [57] Connection closed (Port Forwarding: UDP 192.168.0.11:54333 <-->213.123.130.40:54333 [5.71.123.163:29713] ppp0 NAPT)
12:46:06, 08 Oct.OUT: BLOCK [65] First packet is Invalid (TCP 192.168.0.94:52041->132.245.212.98:443 on ppp0)
12:46:02, 08 Oct.(52189.060000) Admin login successful by 192.168.0.94 on HTTP
12:46:01, 08 Oct.IN: ACCEPT [57] Connection closed (Port Forwarding: UDP 192.168.0.11:54333 <-->213.123.130.40:54333 [95.151.95.105:27731] ppp0 NAPT)
12:46:00, 08 Oct.BLOCKED 2 more packets (because of Remote administration)
12:45:59, 08 Oct.IN: BLOCK [16] Remote administration (ICMP type 8 code 0 74.113.232.22->213.123.130.40 on ppp0)

 

 

i dont have any port forwarding setup - firewall is default.

 

any ideas? thanks

if the hub appears to be holding connection are you trying to connect using wireless or wired

it can be either, but most importantly the 4 computers in the office all have the same issue and are all wired.
