I just wanted to put right the many posts on this forum that are giving out the wrong information regarding BT's Home Hub and it's support for USB drives. In fact even BT's own FAQs are wrong.
I have been using a BT HomeHub3 with an NTFS formatted usb drive drive for a long time. The HomeHub 3 IS NOT restricted to only FAT32 formatted drives.
The port speed does appear to be USB1.0 rather than USB2.0 but it works fine as a centralized media/file server.
A not very well documented but useful bit of information if you want to use the usb port is that the address is \\bthub3\USB1
