Wondering if anyone has had a simlar problem. HH5 installed 16th July all went ok until two days ago, Then at some point overnight the internal power supply failed, Ie no light on the router. Contacted the technical department went through a number of checks to isolate the fault was internal to the HH5 router. When i asked for it to be replaced i was informed it was no longer under warranty and would have topurchase a replacement HH5. I was given a number to call on making contact i then spent over 2hrs being re routed from post to pillar before Customer Options finaly confirmed the router was under wanranty, and then passed me back to the tech dept, to arrange a repacement HH5.
