For 3 days now our HomeHub5 home network hasn't been appearing on the wifi list, this is for all devices in the house.
I have followed all the FAQ's, turned the hub off, disconnected and reconnected and likewise for the laptop.
The "BTWifi-with-FON" is still showing, I know this is from our router, as I have switched the power off and it also disappears.
Any help on how to get my home network to reappear greatly appreciated.

Do the devices that were connected to it before the SSid (name) disappeared still connect to it and are able to use the Internet ?
Try a factory reset of the Homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds. This can often sort out problems.
