under internet connection configuration, it says:
Is there a third password (where it says not configured) ? That shouyld be configured. . .
if so. . . where and how??

That is the PPP username and password that is needed to connect to the BRAS (the gateway you use to access the internet) it is a generic username as you authenticate with your individual phone line. It is the same on every BT hub.
