We received a new BT Hub after our last one stopped working, and whilst the ethernet works fine (our BT TV box is connected to it this way), the Wifi does not work.
Our devices connect to the Wifi however it is not distributing an internet signal (can't access any content), and it keeps dropping out (on phone - you get the wifi icon with an exclamation mark next to it. On laptop you just get kicked off).
I've tried connecting my laptop to the ethernet, and logging into the Hub via the IP address, however there is nothing obvious that I can see, settings wise. It does, however, show the wireless devices as being "disconnected".
I've tried to find the livechat on the website but it's disappeared, and on the phone, I'm on hold forever.
