BT Smart Hub 6 5ghz band has stopped working

Hi, today the 5ghz band on the smart hub has sundanly stopped working. I only got my router replace 3+ weeks ago.

 

i have tryed switching it off and on that didnt work.

 

Then i tryed switching the router off and on and that didnt work either. the 2.4ghz band works though.

 

How do i fix this please?

Hi @thomasmulhall,

 

Did you manage to get this sorted? If not it could the the new hub is faulty. When you received your new hub did you split the 2.4 GHz and the 5 GHz?

Hi, nope it still is a problem.

 

does this mean it is faulty and I should get it replaced.
