@john46 Yes it does seem to be a "selective" problem, and I did say "could be a firmware issue". But it could be a combined firmware and hardware issue. By this I mean that the firmware is getting corrupted due to a faulty component in the hub. Nevertheless if the hub is not working as it should the individuals should be able to get a refund under the UK law as mentioned earlier.
