I have just received a new BT Smart hub 2 in the post to replace my existing BT Smart hub 1. I have 3 BT Wholehome discs connected to my existing BT Smart hub 1. Can anyone tell me once I have plugged in the new Smart hub 2 how do I connect the discs to this? I also have the BT Wholehome app installed on my iPhone.
The Whole Home Wi-Fi ( white discs) can be connected to the Smart hub 2 but only by Ethernet cable as the Black and White discs can't connect. to install you would use the BT WholeHome App from google play or Apple store. If you have not changed the settings on the Whole Home, you should only have to plug in the Ethernet cable.
