BT Sport MultiCast Issue Kerio NG 100 Firewall\Router

I am unable to watch BT TV channels with my Kerio NG 100 Firewall\Router with separate modem (To the socket), I am not using my HomeHub 6 (As a test I connected it and can watch BT Sport).

I understand the issue relates to Multicast, I have checked out the Stephanie G Post but I dont know what I can do to resolve my IPC6023 issue  when trying to watch BT Sport.

I am able to watch BBC iPlayer, NowTV, etc. My BT TV Box has an IP4 IP Address.

Any ideas ?.

Re: BT Sport MultiCast Issue Kerio NG 100 Firewall\Router

Have you contacted Kerio to see if the NG 100 can support multicast and if so, the best way to set it up?

When you reintroduced the HomeHub 6 and your multicast channels worked, was the Kerio still part of the chain or did you go direct into the hub?

Re: BT Sport MultiCast Issue Kerio NG 100 Firewall\Router

Hi Stereohaven

Thanks for the prompt reply, when I tested with my HH6 it was without any of my existing kit Kerio and ADSL Modem.

I believe that the modem has some Multicast settings which I need to look into.

I will advise if I can get it working.

Sorry I can't help further, it looks a serious bit of kit!

Good luck and do let us know if you resolve it as it will be worth adding to Stephanie's thread.
