BT WI-FI X

Hi,

i appear to have lost this from the list of networks on the hh6. I’ve restarted the hub and in the log it shows Bt Wi-fi x deactivated on 2.4ghz. But Wi-fi font shows along with the separate 2.4 and 5 ghz channels. 

Any ideas why why this suddenly disappeared after the last 14 day hub restart.

sorry replyig to own post but the image below is screen shot from hub log it shows BTWifi-X activated at 10.59.20 and then deactivated at 10.59.21. This was after I reset the hub. Checking BT Wifi shows I am still Opted In. Is this BT's doing rather than an issue with the hub.

Is there online chat to advisor for BT Wifi?

Trying again to see if anyone or the mods  know anything as to why BT Wi-fi x is deactivated on my hub. The hub has been reset with no change.

There was a firmware update on 29th March which seems to coincide with the bt Wi-fi x hotspot disappearing from the hub. See attached photo.
