I have a problem with BT and some of our users who use BT accessing websites which are internal to our network. We use DirectAccess VPN to access our local network but some websites aren't working. This is causing massive issues as some of the websites are safeguarding hubs. I am trying to turn off BTWebAddresshelp. The published http://preferences.webaddresshelp.bt.com/selfcare/ URL doesn't work, it looks to be offline. I have tried other suggestions of turning off the smart setup, restarting the router, reconnected my PC to the wifi and changing wifi DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 0:0:0:0:0:FFFF:0808:0808 for IPv6 and nothing is working. Any other suggestions as this is causing problems for quite a few people?
